■Higher Precision
●Enhanced countermeasure for thermal displacement (Active H・I・S)
1.Heat discharging measurement
Preventing thermal displacement in Y-axis direction by enhanced heat discharging around spindle and linear motors of each axis (X,Y,Z).
2.Cooling carriage of linear motion guide
Implementing maintaing of high precision in long run machining by cooling the heat source of guide ways.
Note: "Advanced H.I.S." stands for Advanced Heat Isolation System.
